This is a grounding practice which you may use to refocus if you’re feeling particularly anxious or overwhelmed with things that are out of your control. Experience calming breathwork and a visualization practice to calm and refresh your nervous system. In times of collective uncertainty, where the world is uncertain, where events will unfold, no matter what we have done on a personal level, the most grounding practice can often be found in returning inward.
