Clients complete the four foundations table by rating each “leg”—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual—on a scale from 1 (very shaky) to 5 (very strong). Therapists can encourage reflection on strengths and areas needing support, then identify targeted strategies to strengthen weaker legs.
