Explore MeditationJulia Rebecca Miron is a Mindfulness Teacher and Mentor, Qualified MBSR Teacher, Writer, and self-proclaimed "messy meditator". Her emphasis is on self-acceptance and accessibility. She believes that meditation and mindfulness are about getting to know our human experiences, which can oftentimes be messy. So she encourages her students to embrace the messiness of life and of meditation in order to accept oneself and one's experience and to release the grip on unattainable perfection. She's been practicing since 2009, teaching since 2015, and became qualified by Brown University to teach MBSR in 2023.
