Welcome to your Loving Heart Meditation.

Start by getting comfortable.

And relax your body.

Let any tension go.

Breathe deeply in.

And breathe out.

And relax even further.

One more time,

Breathe in.

Hold it at the top.

And breathe out.

One last time,

Breathe deeply in.

Hold it.

And breathe out.

Relax.

Become aware of your body.

Can you feel the sole of your feet?

Your toes?

The top of your feet?

And your ankles?

Let your awareness move up your shins and calves.

To your knees.

Feel and sense your upper legs.

The front of your legs and the back of your legs.

Feel your buttocks and hips.

Can you move your awareness to your lower back?

Let any tension go.

Raise your awareness up your spine to your upper back and your shoulder blades.

Relax all of your muscles and your back.

Now move your awareness to your abdomen above your hip.

Feel into your belly and try to let go of any tightness and relax.

Can you feel your chest rising and falling with every breath?

Move your awareness to your fingers.

Feel the palms of your hands and the top of your hands.

Move your awareness to your wrists,

Your lower arm,

Your elbow.

Feel your upper arm and let your awareness flow into your shoulders.

Let any tension go.

Relax your shoulders.

Now move your attention to your neck and your throat.

When you move up,

Feel your jaw and relax it.

Let any tension go.

Can you feel your lips?

Your nose,

Your cheeks and your ears.

Now move your awareness to your eyes and to your forehead.

Feel the back of your head at the top of your spine.

Move your awareness over the back of your head to the top of your head.

Try now to be aware of your whole body.

Feel the weight of it.

Where does it touch with your surroundings?

The floor,

The chair,

The bed?

Try to feel into all of these little connections.

Now let me guide you to your loving heart.

Can you move your attention to where your heart is?

With your next breath,

Breathe into your heart and breathe out.

And again,

Breathe deeply into your heart and breathe out.

Keep breathing into your heart.

Now imagine your heart as a magnet for the frequency of love.

Your heart attracts the feeling of love from the atmosphere.

Love starts to flow and fill up your heart from all directions.

Open your heart and receive the abundance of love.

Imagine your heart being full of love and this love radiating into the rest of your body.

Stay with this feeling for a while longer and enjoy.

Enjoy the rest of yourand with thesemitables.

You you Now place both of your hands over that beautiful heart And bless your heart for being filled with love you you you bless your body for aligning with this frequency of love you bless your soul for being your trusted guidance let all this bliss and gratitude in your heart fill up your body you emotions of gratitude open your heart and lift the energy in your body to a new place I want you to remember this feeling take a snapshot so you can take it with you and remember it whenever you want feel one more time into this loving gratitude do and now I want you to return to your body in this time and space.

Start to become aware of your environment.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.
