Meditation Timer OnlineDari is passionate about creating inclusive spaces of mindfulness and wellness by supporting her students and clients in finding conscious presence and cultivating peace in their daily lives. Her vision is to inspire others on the path of living a more mindful life to promote collective healing and to see a future with less mental dis-ease and more love, compassion, and peace. Dari is a certified Trauma-Informed E-RYT500 and YACEP, Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, Reiki Master, and Trained Cacao Ceremonialist with extra training in Yoga Nidra, Yoga Anatomy & Physiology, Yogic Philosophy, Meditation Mastery, and multiple styles of Hot Yoga through YogaSix. She is trained primarily in vinyasa yoga and loves teaching energizing and grounding sequences, paired with transformative meditation and breath work practices. Along with her many years and thousands of hours of lived, practiced, and teaching experience in yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and holistic wellness, Dari is also a life-long student, and strives to continue learning from these practices everyday.
