You just begin to feel your body and all of the tissues,
The entire backside of your body and all of the surface that is touching.
Legs become a little heavier and feeling your chest heavier.
And feeling the shoulders and the neck and the throat and the jaw become a little softer releasing whatever weight has been upon them.
Softening the tongue away from the roof of the mouth,
Relaxing the face,
Softening the eyes and their sockets.
Softening the forehead and even softening all of the hair follicles upon your own crown.
Yourself held and supported in a space to simply rest and be.
In your mind's eye,
Beginning to envision a space around your heart.
The very faintest places and the deepest spaces of your heart.
The cave of your own heart that is pumping this life blood through your body.
Begin to imagine the faintest pink light of the rose ray.
This healing ray of heart and of the womb and the hara.
Every inhale and exhale,
This pink light begins to grow.
Beginning to fill the entire space around your heart.
Begins to bathe your head and your crown.
Begins to bathe your arms and your chest and your belly.
The spaces through your entire torso,
Every tissue,
Every organ,
Every cell is bathed in this healing pink light.
This healing rose reiki ray.
Until every space and every nook and cranny of your body from your crown to the tips of your toes and fingers is bathed in this healing pink light.
This healing light of the mother lines of the womb and of the heart.
There is nothing that you need to do to receive this energy as it is already part of you.
It is already part of your mother lines,
Beings in your own lineage,
Every lineage on earth.
In these darkest of nights as the sun stands still and pauses in the womb space of the earth.
This light to nurture you and to support you,
To learn to rest,
Learn to slow down,
To learn patience with ourselves and the world.
If you feel this rose reiki wishes to stay contained within your own body and energy field,
To do so.
If you feel called,
If your intuition tells you that it wants to travel into your space and your home and any creatures that you have in your home,
To do so.
To trust yourself.
For this is the medicine of winter and of the dark nights is to trust our intuition and our senses.
Outside of everything else in the world,
To listen to that voice first.
So here you will rest.
Deepen your breath.
It's back to the space that you are in.
It's back to rose rei.
With every inhale,
Rose rei begins to recede back into the cave of your heart,
The abode of your heart for work.
Carrying with it whatever needs to be released from this last year.
Making space for all of the experiences yet to be had in the new year.
With every inhale,
Rose rei recedes back into the cave of your heart.
Well nurture,
Retrain every wish that you may have for the new year.
Even if you don't know that you have it.
Work spaces of your heart.
We're all life drones.
So to dissolve the life that's yet to spring in your own life and to wiggle the fingers and the toes and if you are drifting off to bed from this space,
Then you can stay exactly where you are and just allow the recording to end when I stop it.
