Explore MeditationElena Consoli has been teaching yoga since 2013. Her approach is about making her yoga classes and her meditations as accessible as possible. This means bringing warmth, ease, joy and a bit of fun into the practice blended with the wisdom of yogic traditions. She is passionate about bringing yoga to people who may not feel comfortable in a yoga studio setting. Whether she's volunteering for refugees or teaching in office conference rooms she loves sharing the gift of yoga with as many people as possible. She's lived and taught in San Diego, California, London, England and now mainly teaches online from her flat in Edinburgh, Scotland. Her mission is to be a catalyst for good. She believes that each and every one of us has the power to make positive ripples in the world and yoga is an ideal starting point for that.
