We're going to start this grounding meditation by taking five deep grounding breaths while bringing your awareness into your body.
On every exhalation,
You feel yourself moving from being in your head to being in your body.
I want you to feel your feet on the ground as you're inhaling and exhaling.
I want you to stomp one foot and then stomp the other foot.
Feel that you are grounded on the earth.
Continue breathing deeply.
I want you to listen to what's around you.
What sounds can you hear?
What sounds are close?
And what sounds are far away?
Can you identify any sounds that you hear?
How does your body feel?
What is the temperature in the room?
Are you warm?
Are you cold?
I want you to stay in your body after you've answered all of these questions,
Continuing to breathe deeply,
Feeling yourself rooted in the earth,
Creating present moment consciousness and the ability to be here now in your amazing,
Beautiful,

Take one last deep inhalation and gently open your eyes and get on with your amazing day.
