The sixth chakra in the body is said to be the third eye chakra, sometimes referred to as Ajna. According to legend, this chakra is situated in the center of your forehead, parallel to where your eyebrows meet. It is thought to be connected to spiritual communication, awareness, and perception. Singing bowls serve to harmonize the entire human body and space. They release tension in blocked areas, have a relaxing and healing effect on the body and mind, balance the hemispheres, and restore energy in the organs. The bowls are vibroacoustic musical instruments and affect both the water in the body and our senses. You can use the bowl in contact with the body or without contact near the body. They help relieve stress and reduce anxiety. They improve concentration and are useful for students or for the practice of relaxation and meditation. They balance the cerebral hemispheres. They help to harmonize the chakras. They improve creativity.
