Welcome to this guided meditation for aura cleansing and energy renewal. In this session, we’ll focus on clearing any negative or stagnant energy from your aura and restoring balance and vitality to your energy field. This practice is perfect for when you need to refresh and realign your mind, body, and spirit.

Welcome to this aura cleansing meditation.

Today we will focus on clearing and purifying the energy field that surrounds your body,

Known as aura.

Over time,

Our auras can become clouded with stress,

Negativity or stagnant energy.

This meditation will help you to release what no longer serves you and restore your aura to its natural state of clarity,

Balance and vitality.

Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,

Holding it for a moment and then exhale slowly through your mouth.

Allow yourself to settle into this space,

Releasing any tension or stress as you breathe out.

Let's start by bringing our focus to the breath.

Notice the natural rhythm of your breathing.

Feel the cool air as it enters your nostrils,

Fills your lungs and then flows out,

Carrying away any tension.

With each inhale,

Imagine drawing in fresh cleansing energy.

With each exhale,

Release any heaviness,

Stress or negative energy.

Allow your breath to become deep and steady,

Guiding you into a state of calm and relaxation.

Now,

Take a moment to relax your body.

Start at the top of your head and bring your awareness to your scalp,

Noticing any areas of tension.

As you exhale,

Imagine this tension melting away.

Move your attention down to your forehead,

Your eyes,

Your cheek and your jaw.

Allow each area to soften and relax.

Bring your focus to your neck and shoulders.

With each exhale,

Allow them to drop and release any tightness or burdens.

Move your awareness down to your arms,

Hands and fingers,

Feeling them become heavy and relaxed.

Now,

Bring your focus to your chest and abdomen.

Notice the gentle rise and fall of your breath and with each exhale,

Release any tightness or discomfort.

Finally,

Bring your attention to your legs,

Feet and toes.

Feel them grounding you to the earth and allow yourself to feel supported,

Stable and deeply relaxed.

With your body now fully relaxed,

Shift your awareness to the space around you,

The space just beyond the physical body.

This is aura,

Your energetic field.

Imagine it as a soft,

Glowing bubble of light that surrounds you,

Extending about two to three feet in every direction.

Begin to sense the quality of your aura.

How does it feel?

Is the energy smooth and clear or is it dense and cloudy in certain areas?

There is no need to judge,

Simply observe.

Imagine that you can feel the boundaries of your aura,

Noticing its size and shape.

Sense how it moves with your breath,

Expecting it to move with you.

Sense how it moves with your breath,

Expanding gently as you inhale and softening as you exhale.

Now visualize a brilliant,

Pure light above your head.

This light represents divine energy,

Healing,

Cleansing and purifying.

It can be any color that resonates with you.

It can be white,

Golden,

Blue,

Violet or even rainbow.

With each inhale,

Imagine this light jangle descending from about,

Entering your aura throughout the top of your head.

Feel it filling your entire aura with cleansing energy.

As it moves through your aura,

It begins to dissolve any heaviness,

Negative energy or stagnant emotion that might be lingering there.

Imagine the light swirling around.

Imagine the light swirling around you like a gentle,

Purifying breeze.

See it washing away any blockages,

Clearing out any old energies that no longer serves you.

As the light worked through your aura,

It restores balance,

Harmony and vitality.

Continue to breathe deeply,

Allowing these cleansing lights move through your aura,

Refreshing and renewing your entire energy field.

Feel the layers of your aura become lighter,

Brighter and more expansive with each breath.

As the light moves through you,

Visualize any negative energy being released from your aura,

Dissolving into the energy of your breath.

As the light moves through you,

Visualize any negative energy being released from your aura,

Dissolving into the energy or the atmosphere where it is transformed into neutral or positive energy.

Your aura is now glowing brightly,

Filled with radiant,

Purified energy.

To reinforce this aura cleansing,

Let's repeat some affirmations.

You can say this silently in your mind or aloud if you prefer.

My aura is clear,

Strong and radiant.

I release all negative energy from my energy field.

I am surrounded by love,

Light and protection.

I attract positive energy and allow it to flow freely through me.

My energy is balanced,

Vibrant and full of life.

As you repeat these affirmations,

Feel them deeply resonate within your being.

Know that your aura is now free of any heaviness or negativity and it is shining brightly.

We will now spend a few moments in silence,

Allowing the cleansing energy to fully integrate into your aura.

Focus on your breath,

The sensations in your body or the glowing light surrounding you.

If your minds begin to wander,

Gently bring them back to the feeling of your clear,

Vibrant aura.

As we come towards the end of our meditation,

It is important to seal and protect your aura,

Keeping it strong and vibrant as you move through the rest of the day.

Visualize the pure light that surrounds your aura now forming a protective shield.

This shield is constructed by positive energy that blocks any negative or harmful energy from entering your energy field.

See this shield as strong,

Yet flexible barrier that surrounds you with love,

Light and protection.

Feel a deep sense of security and safety,

Knowing that your aura is strong and you are protected from any negative influences.

You are now surrounded by a vibrant,

Glowing field of pure energy,

Radiating peace,

Love and balance.

As we begin to close this meditation,

Take a few deep breaths.

Slowly bring your awareness back to your surroundings.

Start to wiggle your fingers and toes,

Gently reawakening your body.

Know that your aura is now cleansed,

Balanced and protected,

And you can return to this practice whenever you need to refresh and renew your energy field.

When you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Take a moment to notice how you feel.

Lighter,

Clearer and more in tune with your own energy.
