Tawana Antoinette

Born and raised in the island of Jamaica, Tawana has been highly sensitive her entire life. After years of self discovery and study, she graduated with a degree in psychology and later began studying different healing modalities like astrology, reiki and the tarot. Now, she offers a unique perspective on spiritual education by integrating all areas of study. She promotes mindfulness and sovereignty by teaching meditation techniques that are practical for beginners to advanced practitioners.
