January - Winterscape

This sound meditation is the first of a 12 part series for 2019. The meditation features sounds of wind, with ambient sounds for attentiveness. A lovely piece to sit and listen to at the start of a cold January day.

Very evocative, I easily envisioned a windstorm in winter! Not sure if it’s the setting for routine meditation but I enjoyed it nonetheless. 🙏🏻

This could go on and on for me, I loved it. Too short for meditative practice but was good to listen to through headphones. Thank you, Namaste 🙏🏼
