Meditation Timer OnlineWelcome! Andrea Edwards is a writer, guide, and lifelong student of inner and outer transformation. Her meditation offerings, somatic movement practices, and work in the world are focused on building connection — to self, others, Earth, and what matters most. Andrea's more recent chapters include writing novels and essays rooted in eco-spiritual themes, serving on the Board of Cambridge Insight Meditation Center, working with clay, and creating the Substack publication "As Long As We’re Breathing….," a hopeful space for exploring what’s possible in times of personal, societal, and planetary change. Andrea draws strength and guidance from the natural world, contemplative practices, and community. A New England native originally from Brockton, Massachusetts (the City of Champions), she and her husband spend summers off-grid in the White Mountains, where she befriends old trees, listens to the birds, and lets the land remind her how to belong.
