We will embark on a guided meditation to release anxiety and embrace our inner strength.

Now find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down,

And take a moment to let go of any stress or distractions.

Breathe deeply,

Allowing yourself to relax and be fully present in this moment.

Now close your eyes and place your hands gently on your belly.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Feeling your belly rise,

And exhale slowly through your mouth,

Feeling it fall.

With every breath,

Imagine a serene,

Radiant light filling your body,

Washing away any tension or worries.

Now visualize yourself standing barefoot on soft,

Fertile soil.

Feel the loving embrace of Mother Earth,

Supporting and grounding you.

Imagine roots extending from the soles of your feet,

Reaching deep into the Earth's core.

And as you breathe,

Draw in strength and stability from this connection.

Recognize the limitless power that resides within you.

Now picture a glowing ball of energy at the center of your being,

Representing your inner strength.

With each breath,

Let this radiant energy expand,

Filling every part of your being with a warm,

Comforting light.

Now allow any anxious thoughts or worries to surface without judgment.

Visualize these thoughts as passing clouds in the vast sky of your mind.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

See these clouds gently drifting away,

Leaving behind a clear,

Peaceful sky.

Now place your hands over your heart,

Feeling the loving energy that emanates from within.

Embrace yourself with compassion,

Acknowledging that this is natural to experience moments of anxiety.

Be gentle with yourself and know that you are deserving of love,
