This track is a part of the latest release of Swami Madhuram's musical meditations. It follows the "Coming Home" and "Forest Meditation" tracks, so if you wish to have a longer meditation you may put these 3 into a playlist.

Sandhya is a time of twilight. A time when we return home, a time when nature comes back to its nests and so we have a chance to return to our inner home of the heart.
