Dear friends, this is meditation music played on Shakuhachi flute with added background sounds of the forest. The track is also longer as many of you have requested in the past. Hope you'll enjoy the simplicity and natural sound of Shakuhachi flute.

This was my first time meditating with music, usually I sit in silence. As there is a lot if external noise where I live I found it a very supportive way to meditate playing the beautiful music through a speaker rather than using noise cancelling headphones, which I often have to resort to. 🙏

Such a beautiful relaxing forest to see a leaf fall . Namaste

It’s a melancholy and meandering journey. It does remind me of wandering on a forest path.
