Compassion begins wityh ourselves.This allows us to ripple outward into the world. As a result of his recovery, Sean has developed meditations to share with anyone that finds them useful. Sean attended college for counseling and liberal arts at The Evergreen state College in Olympia, Wa. He resides with his wife and cat in Washington state.
