Sat Kriya is fundamental to Kundalini Yoga. It is recommended to practice Sat Kriya every day for at least 3 minutes. General physical health is improved because all the internal organs receive a gentle rhythmic massage from this exercise. The heart gets stronger from the rhythmic up-and-down of blood pressure you generate from the pumping motion of the Navel Point. When you chant Sat - draw up the navel - when you chant Nam - release it. Arms overhead palms together or easy pose.
First time doing the Sat Kriya, I was surprised to sit on my heels for 12 minutes. The breathing for the first half was a struggle, and the second half all the chakras were flowing. Namaste🙏
