Remembrance is the name we Sufis give to our form of heart-focused meditation, where we remember the Name of our Lord and who we are as human beings in creation. As you listen to or repeat the Divine phrases, please focus your attention gently on your heart. The Arabic name for God, ‘Allah’, translates literally in English to ‘The God’.

Please join me in a 15 minute remembrance using the divine name Allah.

Allah is the name for God in Arabic,

Which literally translates in English to the God.

Remembrance is the name we Sufis give to our form of heart-focused meditation,

Where we remember the name of our Lord and who we are as human beings in creation.

I found the chant brought me to a place of serenity and connection. I like the humanity of the pause to swallow and a couple of back ground noises reminding me that life continues as I take is moment to meditate. Thank you

Thank you and many blessings! This remembrance took me quickly to that deep deep connection. I became a Sufi in 1988 and these practices are deeply comforting for me. Alhamdulilah!
