Al-Wird Practice From The Shadhiliyya Sufi Order
The Al-Wird is a daily practice of chanting four phrases one to two times a day. We talk about the Wird as being like a watering hole in the dry desert. This practice helps quiet our mind and connect our heart and soul to the Divine, which sufis refer to as Allah.
