Refuge Beads

I invite you to join me in a sacred practice, where we gather and chant my Refuge Beads. I created these beads and the chant that goes with them to connect us to the deep essence of existence. We take refuge in the Great Mystery in which we dwell and have our being. We recognize that we are not alone but intricately woven into the intricate Web of All Life.

We are cradled in its nurturing embrace, surrounded by the interdependent tapestry of beings and energies that sustain us. They remind us of our inherent connection to the Earth, the Air, the Fire, the Water, and the Spirit that flows through all things. Inhaling deeply, we draw in the grace that permeates the universe, And as we exhale, we release gratitude, acknowledging the countless blessings that grace our lives.

With intention, we choose love and connection as our guiding principles. In this present moment, we affirm our commitment to embrace the here and now with open hearts and open minds.
