Meditation Timer OnlineStanja is a somatic yoga & breathwork teacher whose work weaves together somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, and systemic constellations. Her approach is grounded, trauma informed, inclusive, and shaped by lived experience, creating space for reflection, embodiment, and meaningful change. With over 30 years of personal practice and more than 2,000 guided sessions she creates spaces where people feel safe to be who they are. When such conditions are present, change happens naturally. Her own path, including living with chronic illness, as well as war and displacement, has become a source of understanding, clarity, and compassion that she brings into every session. At the heart of her teaching is a belief that strength doesn't always come from doing more but from slowing down, tuning in, and staying in relationship with your body, your choices, and your breath.
