Dear beings,
Loving what is,
No matter what it looks like,
Is a very great challenge.
For we have so many preferences,
We have so many likes and dislikes,
What would it be like if we had none?
If instead of preferences,
We had awareness that all is well,
That nothing is awry.
Now,
We know living daily life in this way is almost impossible in a 3D reality,
But to visit the possibility now and then is a tremendous exercise in loosening our grip on the material world.
So let us take this precious opportunity to suspend ourselves,
To lift gently out of these bodies and float,
Float for a moment above yourself.
You are quite safe,
You are still close by,
But not weighed down any longer by the needs of the body or the preferences of the mind.
Now you are free.
And in this floating state,
You have no needs at all.
Just experience that.
Just experience the state of no need.
And what a relief it is to give yourself permission to float like this.
It is a necessary antidote to the over-busy life that you are all experiencing.
Some might say it is a meditation,
And it is,
But it is a particular kind.
It is a way to purposely retract from the heavy demands that life is about.
When you sit or lie in this floating state above your body,
And you think about the issues that have caused you concern or worry,
Do they begin to dim in importance?
Do they feel very far away,
As if they cannot touch you?
You will find,
As you practice this,
That when you come back,
You have fewer and fewer needs,
Preferences,
Demands.
You will establish a neutrality and a way to love whatever is.
Now,
Dear ones,
See what happens when you slowly drift back down into your bodies again.
See if you can retain that lovely balanced state,
That no-need state.
See how it feels to be in your body and in a no-need state.
It may feel incredibly relaxing.
Now,
From this place,
Let us run the infinity wave around the top of your head and down around the bottom of your feet,
Encompassing your entire body.
When you have no needs,
You are placed automatically into a more receptive state.
So,
Though you may have run this infinity wave like this before,
It may feel different now because you are more receptive.
Allow that love and compassion to wash over you,
The compassion for all the things you have done out of the goodness of your heart.
In all the ways you care,
Just receiving compassion for yourself right now and receiving love for you are love.
And this is love meeting love in a joyous reunion,
Allowing the flow of your love and universal,
Infinite love to wrap its arms around you and encompass your entire body.
You are so loved and we say thank you.

For the great sacrifice you have made to endure what you endure and to remain open-hearted anyway.
You still have work to do,
Dear ones,
But let it be light-hearted.
Let the work not be a burden,
But a joy,
A joy to spread this love and this compassion,
Allowing it to spill out of you,
Through you,
Under you,
Over you.
At all times,
You deeply affect the world around you,
But you know this already.
Dear ones,
We hope that this practice will fortify you as you move forward and uphold the vision for a world that exists in love and compassion.
That is why the wave is here,
To begin an arc towards that world.
And you are the ones who are helping to turn the tide.
