We are privileged.
Doesn't really matter what the financial,
Material,
Or physical circumstances.
We are privileged.
We have the ability to create anything we choose for ourselves in this life.
Doesn't matter the physical circumstance.
In our mind,
We create access.
And access is a privilege.
I was inspired by a quote by Maddy Esrati,
Who said that practicing yoga is a privilege.
And with this privilege comes a duty to be kind,
To share a smile,
And to offer the yoga from the mat into the rest of our lives.
Because we're so privileged to take the time and stillness and silence on our yoga mat,
That we have to share the energy that we create there with the world.
Well,
Each of us are privileged.
We're privileged to have a home,
Food,
A bed to sleep in,
Friends and lovers and relatives to support us and encourage us.
And even if one of these things seems out of balance or out of place,
Even if there's some area that we lack everything we think we need,
We are still privileged in so many other areas of our lives that we're obligated to share that privilege,
That abundance,
And that gratitude with the world.
So think about all the areas of your life in which you're privileged,
And then share that privilege by giving access to it to someone else.
Sharing a little more of what you have with the world and knowing the most valuable thing you can share is your love,
Your heart,
Your gratitude,
Your happiness,
And a smile.
Blessings,
Blessings,
Blessings.
