Settle in,
Welcome my love.
Get ready for the practice by sitting up straight in the meditation posture or if you're feeling comfortable,
You can lay down.
If you are doing the hand gesture,
Form Yoni Mudra on the lower part of your belly.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Feel yourself get comfortable,
Feel how your body sinks into the ground,
Into the surface that you're on.
Feel your breath,
How it deepens and calms with each moment.
Feel your body,
Slowly scan how your toes are feeling,
Your feet,
Your ankles,
Your shins,
Your knees and your thighs.
Relax every part of you going up to your hips and your pelvic floor,
Your womb,
Your belly,
Your back,
Your chest,
Till you reach your shoulders,
Your arms,
Forearms,
Wrists and palms.
Each part of you slowly relaxing as you breathe in and breathe out.
Reach your neck,
Your head,
Your jaw,
Relax your eyes and your forehead.
Feel how every cell in your body slowly relaxes and as you feel your body relaxing,
Imagine stone stairs appearing right in front of you.
They're heavy and thick and they're descending into a darkness below.
You slowly start walking down the stairs and as you walk,
You see that the darkness in front of you is actually a big dark cave.
As you reach your last step,
You feel cold and you hear water inside of the cave.
You're slowly stepping into the cave,
It's dark,
Yet you go forward.
This cave,
This darkness is your womb space.
You feel the water calling out to you and with each step,
You hear it more clear,
Closer and closer until you walk into an opening in the cave and you see the inner waters of that cave,
Of your womb.
Notice what is the color of the water,
Is it calm or are your inner waters stirring up as if it was a stormy sea?
Is it calm and clear or is it muddy and dark?
Stay here and observe the waters.
Feel what is the message that is being carried by the waves that wash up.
Take a deep breath in,
What are the waters saying to you?
Are they calling you in?
If you want,
You can step into the waters,
Slowly being submerged,
Feel the power that resides in you and when you're ready,
Slowly start walking away.
This is not the last time that you're here.
Say goodbye to your waters,
Say see you until the next time and slowly turn back towards the entrance,
Towards the stairs that led you here.
And if you feel ready,
Start taking the steps up,
Out of the darkness of your inner womb,
Into the light,
Back to yourself,
Back to your body.
And when you reach the top,
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
You have just visited your inner chamber and felt your inner power.
Slowly open your eyes.
