Divine Affirmations For Stress Relief
Stress can be difficult to manage, and hard to escape. We all need moments of rest and calm. We need a way to let our nervous system know it is okay to relax. So I invite you to this practice, intuitively written after my own meditation practice in efforts to relieve some built up stress. I pray it be helpful to you. I pray you find rest in these words.
