My name is Sofia Lajjul and it's such a gift to be with all of you today one more time.
To begin this conversation,
Let's begin by doing centering so we begin to listen from the same wavelength.
So as you're listening to this podcast,
I invite you to just take a deep breath in,
Inhaling from your heart,
Imagining that your heart has a nose and that you're breathing in from your heart and exhaling from your heart.
And one more time,
Inhaling from your heart and exhaling from your heart.
And one last time,
Inhaling from your heart and exhaling from your heart and grounding deep into the earth,
Activating your light,
The light of your life and listening from your heart.
Beautiful.
Okay,
So I'm super excited for this podcast that we're going to begin the conversation of,
You have come here to be yourself.
And I feel like this is such a potent conversation,
At least for me in my life has been one that has been in constant processing.
Ultimately,
Because there are certain values and core needs in humanity and one of those is being,
Having a sense of belonging and feeling like you are part of something,
Part of the world,
Part of your family,
Part of a culture,
Part of feeling successful as an adult or even as a human being.
And so in that,
It also creates a sense of wanting to be like others,
A sense of similarity.
And this is natural as human beings when you're a child.
You want to be similar like your mother and you see the baby copying certain mannerisms of the face or the way the mom or the dad talks,
The same thing with your friends when you're growing up and so on.
And this is a natural process.
And so the peace of coming to be who you are,
Who you have come to be here on planet Earth in this life,
It means that you have to step out of that similarity,
Face the fears of what is going to happen when I am myself and I step out of this circle of belonging,
Of family,
Of whatever that is.
And will it mean that I'm going to be alone?
And that triggers primal fears of,
You know,
In the past when you were excluded of your tribe,
Then,
You know,
Being alone in the wild meant that most likely you weren't survived.
So these are very primal wirings in our being as a human being.
And so I want to talk about this piece of stepping into this place of daring and allowing yourself to be who you have come here to be,
Because ultimately you carry a purpose within you,
The divine purpose that you have come,
The song that you have come here to be your essential self that is in alignment to your essential self,
That is alignment with your primordial song.
It's in it within you.
It's you came to this life with it.
And it's allowing to not only access it,
But allowing for that primordial song to come through and to begin to express through you without any compression or shrinking of yourself and your light.
And so it's time to stop looking to the person next to you and stop looking to the person sitting next to you from one side or the other and look at yourself,
Turning into yourself,
Because who you are is not casual.
And it's necessary you have come to be who you have come here to be and express and create,
Innovate and experience,
Explore and expand through your own unique expression,
Of your own and unrepeatable way of being,
To be who you have come here to be.
And in order to do that and really immerse into that way of being,
Of being who you have come here to be,
There's a moment where you have to make a decision to stop looking to the person beside you to validate you,
Because ultimately it doesn't define who you are or looking outside for processes or answers,
Seeking outside yourself for answers,
Seeking to get to a certain place and when you get there,
Then you'll be because what happens in the process of becoming,
Who are you then?
And ultimately,
This chasing of something outside yourself,
Looking for validation outside yourself,
Looking for success through having,
It's unsustainable because in order to be successful,
In order to feel validated,
You are always going to need the external,
You're going to either need that person outside that validates you,
You're going to need that success to feel that you're successful,
You're going to need to get somewhere or have something in order to validate,
Recognize yourself and feel love.
And ultimately in that,
You are sustaining your love for yourself by sustaining all of this.
And when you put at risk this love for yourself because you're stepping into something new or different or unknown,
You're waiting for that other to validate you,
You're waiting for something outside yourself to happen in order for you to feel love or validated,
Then you're always at risk to losing love for yourself because you have set the foundation of that love being conditional to what you do and who recognizes you.
That's why this is such an important time on planet Earth and in your life right here,
Right now,
As you're listening to this,
Because also if you're listening to this talk,
It's not casual.
You are here to listen because there's something here in my words that also is a transmission of light that you need to hear.
So take a deep breath in and understand that you matter.
You are not casual.
The fact that you're here,
It's a miracle.
Look back a few generations in your line.
The fact that you're here is a miracle.
The fact that your great great great grandparents got together,
You know,
Even your parents.
It's one in zero zero zero zero zero zero zero zero zero zero zero zero point one.
It's a miracle.
You're a miracle.
And so stop seeking for answers outside yourself.
It's the time to connect to your inner guidance,
To your inner wisdom,
To your essential self,
To the God within you.
That intelligence within you,
Loving intelligence within you,
Larger than the understanding of who you are,
Exists in every single cell of your body,
Just as it exists in everything that you can see around you.
The source of creation exists within you.
And this is infinite power.
So you hold infinite power within yourself,
Infinite potential within yourself.
And it exists all around you as well because everything comes from the same one source of infinite potential and the creator.
Call it God,
Call it whatever source,
Universe,
Energy,
Whatever you feel comfortable about naming it and labeling it as.
And so it's time to stop looking to the other side for validation or to the person sitting to your left to recognize you,
To give you a sense of belonging.
Because you have come here to be you and only you.
And so it's up to you to give yourself permission to be yourself.
And as you give yourself permission to be yourself,
You're allowing the truth of who you are through.
As you allow yourself,
As you give permission to yourself to be who you have come here to be,
You're allowing the truth of who you are through into life.
And that is,
My dear friend,
When you actually begin to feel a sense of true belonging.
Because you begin to reweave yourself into the larger web of life.
And you begin to participate with a larger intelligence and the larger vision of the universe,
Of life itself.
And of the world.
As I mentioned,
The fact that you're here is not casual.
There is a song of the world,
A dream and a vision for the world,
For Earth as well.
And that's why you're here too.
And so all of this requires courage and strength.
Because it means to step out of the norm.
To step into yourself,
Into the truth of who you have come here to be.
Because ultimately,
You don't want to be like anybody else.
You want to be you.
You don't want to imitate somebody else.
You want to be you.
You don't want to be anybody else but you.
And so how do we do this?
It's all about empowering love and recognizing the power of love within you.
Which is connecting with this,
Ultimately you're connecting with the sacred,
The larger aspect of who you are,
This infinite intelligence,
Infinite potential within you.
Honoring the divine expression that you are as you.
And this recognizing the larger aspect and perception of who you are,
Of your humanity as well as your divine beingness.
Taking a deep breath in into your heart.
That's it.
Because ultimately when you begin to find your own answers and ask the questions that matter to you,
Then you open the space for innovations and creation.
As long as you're repeating somebody else's words and message,
There is no room for innovation.
The innovations and the creations that create and transform.
Expressing the light within you,
Anchoring and grounding it,
Making it available for yourself and others.
That it will never exist unless it comes through you,
You as a medium of this frequency.
When you know and recognize and you continue to return home to yourself,
Give yourself permission to be who you have come here to be.
Connecting with the power of love within you.
Once you know this connection,
You know you can come back over and over again.
Reconnecting with a web of love to this true belonging,
This connection that has nothing to do with your doings and your having and validating.
Because you're creating a foundation of love within yourself and conditional,
Not in relationship to your having and doing from your being.
So the answer is within you.
And the more you practice this connection with yourself and being who you have come here to be,
You begin to create the internal changes within yourself.
And it begins to transform and be reflected in your external world.
Taking another deep breath in.
The truth is that your natural state of being is well-being,
Is abundance,
Is grace,
Is peace,
Is silence,
Is joy.
And any other thing that is not that,
You have created that energy,
That information.
Sometimes the information is carried through the line,
Through either your lineage or your culture.
Because the truth is that you have kind of,
When you were born,
You were thrown into your culture that already has certain structures of belief systems,
Paradigms.
A paradigm is a belief that you agreed and a lot of people have agreed upon.
It doesn't mean that it's the truth.
You might go somewhere else to a different culture and that's not going to be a paradigm.
And that's not going to be the truth or the right thing to do.
And so in a way you were born and you were thrown into a certain paradigm,
A structure of belief,
A mental structure.
That as a child,
You just simply agreed upon.
This is what we do,
This is what we do in this family,
This is how it is in this family,
This is how it is in this country,
This is how life is.
And as you begin to tune in to that light,
To that calling of your soul,
Your heart,
Calling you to be who you have come here to be,
That it's unbounded by this time,
By the culture,
By your family sayings or by a culture saying.
You begin to break free and liberate yourself from those paradigms that kept you imprisoned in a way of being that perhaps some are aligned to who you have come here to be and others will not.
Other ways of thinking will not be aligned to who you have come here to be.
And so that energy and that information that you created or you simply adopted and agreed upon,
You can transform.
Because when you know,
When you know that your natural state of being is grace,
Is abundance,
Is peace,
Is silence,
Is joy,
Any other thing that is not that,
You can transform it.
And so,
In your alignment,
In your alignment to your natural state of being,
If your baseline and your foundation of life is love,
And your foundation of life is well-being,
And your baseline is well-being,
Your foundation of life is grace,
And your baseline is grace.
From that perspective,
From that starting point,
You know that everything else is not in alignment to the truth of who you are.
So let me repeat this.
If who you have come here to be is your soul,
And at the level of your essence,
At the level of your soul,
Your natural state of being is well-being,
Your natural state of being is abundance and grace.
Then you know that from that baseline and that foundation of love,
Everything else that comes that is not in alignment to that baseline and that foundation is not the truth of who you are.
And when you know that,
You stop identifying with all the experiences,
The ideas,
The messages,
The information that is coming from the outside into your field.
And because you know is not the truth of who you are,
It is simply information that is coming in just as easily as it's coming in.
It can easily let go and pass through.
So I want you to really get this.
When you cultivate and you understand that the essence of who you are is infinite potential,
Is grace and well-being.
This is your baseline.
This is your foundation.
You are love at your core.
You are love at your core,
Your well-being at your core,
Your abundance at your core,
Your grace.
From this baseline,
From this foundation,
Everything else,
Any messages,
Any information that comes from the outside that says otherwise,
You know is not the truth of who you are.
So you stop identifying with that information.
This is a massive and radical shift.
Does this make sense?
I hope this makes sense and it's really trying to be really,
Really clear in the words that I'm using and the light codes that are coming through.
When love is your baseline and your foundation and you know that at your core,
You are love,
Anything else that comes to you is information that is not in alignment with the truth of who you are.
That's it.
So as easily as it comes in,
You can release it and let it go.
When it kind of clicks in and links into you and gets stuck into you and that information gets stuck into you,
It's because there's a place within you that you're still identifying with that information.
So the piece is not really looking at all that energy and information that is stuck in you.
It's actually going even to the core and beginning to really tune in and identify yourself that at your core,
Your natural state of well is well-being,
Your natural state is love,
Your natural state is abundance,
Your natural state is grace.
When you know that at your core,
You are that,
Everything else that is not that is not in alignment with the truth of who you are.
And in that,
From that understanding,
You give yourself and you connect with the courage and the strength necessary to step out of the norm and begin to express and share who you have come truly here to be.
And so the way I want to finish this podcast,
This episode is with a light language transmission of connecting to the frequency and the energy of who you have come here to be.
Connecting with the strength,
The courage,
The aliveness,
The empowerment and the love necessary to begin to access,
Connect and give yourself permission to begin to step into that energy of who you have come here to be.
Okay,
So let's take a deep breath in into your heart center.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Tuning into your heartbeat.
This is the sound of your life,
Tuning into your heartbeat.
This is the sound of your life.
This is a song of your life and who you have come here to be.
This pulsing of your heart resonates and it's in the cycling,
The rhythm,
The cycles of who you have come here to be.
When you tune into this vibration,
When you tune into this rhythm,
When you tune into this frequency,
You realign with who you have come here to be that it's in perfect balance and alignment with the life itself.
With all the resources,
The people,
The information,
The opportunities,
All of it.
Because ultimately the earth and life itself have also called you.
And earth and life and the world didn't call you for you to be somebody else that you're not.
It called you to be who you have come here to be.
So let's take a deep breath in into that message,
Into that understanding,
Allowing the words to settle in into the deepest aspect of who you are.

And I am and become.
And I am the process of becoming who I have come here to be.
I give myself permission to be who I have come here to be.
And so it is.
I am here to be who I have come here to be.
