Hello beloved soul and thank you so much for choosing to press play with me today I want to invite you into magic so before we get started go ahead and find yourself in the most comfortable position possible maybe for you it's lying down on the floor on a bed or maybe you prefer to sit upright supported by a chair or maybe against the wall wherever you find yourself here in this moment just allow yourself to settle in make sure that you are in a place of safety where for the next several minutes you can feel in total and complete surrender without distraction so now I invite you to take some breaths to find your inhale and exhale no true rhythm just allowing the natural flow of oxygen to move through your body inviting in the stillness of the life force pranayama finding the bed your nostrils with each inhale imagine and rise the belly with each breath sink deeper into your space to the earth if you're sitting face up ready to receive take another inhale in exhales and pause and over four three two one and on this last exhale sigh soft the air brushed the rays of the Sun kisses your skin so gently prismatic light of and softer as it enters your body and into every cell we take notice that we don't need much of anything to receive but allow the beauty around us to seep into our soul creation to fill our space we take notice allow ourselves to be in the moment no space already serving us at that embrace it exhale everything whatever need is readily available to us when we are willing to accept that the abundance surrounds us it's all in a mere shift of perspective all things working against me or does everything work how you choose to see your life is the power of choice it's the power of being a co-creator with this and experiencing life in this human form our souls seek to reimagine creation and magic our souls seek to rediscover that which we have always known radiant light for existence on this plane never separated from the divine unless you choose to is choice and neither is wrong for you but I ask you what feels in the line what feels in alignment with the joy you seek the love that is I invite you to accept this beautiful transmission of light language in your soul and allow the energy of it to carry you where you need to go in and surrender into your own magic on this cloud with this light and all the prism that surrounds you and is within you take a deep breath here and allow yourself to receive Oh the sun Oh tap into your power see naka-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara-bara Deep breath in She Did deep breath in exhale You are so connected to the divine You are so connected to the earth and the galaxies beyond you May you harness this magic and let go of the perspectives that block you From seeing yourself fully in the beautiful creation that you are May you be in complete awe and wonder of the experience you create understanding that all things happen on purpose by your will and By what you envision what you say and how you be Let's bring ourselves back with a deep focused inhale and And exhale out of the mouth Repeat this cycle three more times inhale And exhale another inhale and exhale one more inhale exhale I invite you to seal our practice together with this mantra.
