Our heart chakra is located at the center of our chakra system. We tend to store so much of our unhealed emotions in this space. When this happens we find ourselves blocking compassion for others because of the root of blocking it from ourselves. Love is the natural state from which our souls vibrate. Allow this meditation to give you permission to drop into your heart while harmonizing its balance with reiki magic.

Hello,

Beloved soul.

I want to invite you into your heart space today.

I want to give you permission to sit in the cavity of your chest with the most powerful organ in your body,

The beautiful heart.

But before we do,

Let's begin by getting super comfortable.

Ensure that you are in a place where you feel safe,

Where you know you won't be interrupted,

And you can truly surrender in the next several minutes that we have together.

Whatever is most comfortable to you,

Whether it might be sitting up in a chair or on a floor,

Maybe you want to be supported against a wall,

Or maybe not.

Maybe you find the most comfort laying down,

Feeling supported by a bed,

The carpet,

Maybe even a yoga mat.

Wherever you feel the most supported,

Do that now,

And I invite you to find your breath here.

With each inhale and exhale,

Feel your body just sink into the ground beneath you,

Feeling the earth and its core just radiating through every layer of the earth,

Just creating space for you to be held right now in this place.

Take another deep inhale here and exhale.

We're just going to continue to repeat these cycles.

I'll go ahead and guide you,

But if you find yourself,

Offer them from my guiding.

Allow yourself to intuitively bring you exactly where you need to be in a breath.

So another inhale in and exhale.

Really allowing the breath to find its power in the belly.

So another inhale here,

Through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Just feeling that belly rise and fall.

And every time that you exhale,

Feel your body melt in.

Again,

Just letting the earth hold you here and breathe.

The heart chakra is our center of acceptance and unconditional love and trust.

So through time,

We can open our heart to embody these qualities that are so naturally a part of who we are.

Samuel An-Orar says,

When the mind stops searching,

When it stops wanting refuge,

When it no longer goes in search of security,

When it no longer craves books and information,

When it ignores even the memory of desire,

Only then will love arrive within.

So I share this with you,

Not as a way to overwhelm you with whatever resistance you may find in your heart,

But to give you hope and possibility that you are love.

It lives within you.

And when we truly surrender,

When we truly surrender,

We are able to find exactly who we are.

The heart is the seat,

The governor of all our chakras,

The balance between the higher dimensions and the lower dimensions.

It is the main gateway between the lower dimension and the harmonious frequencies in which create unity within oneself.

However when our heart feels heavy,

It may feel impossible to find safety in the root while also finding it hard to connect to the divine inner ground chakra and above.

So take another deep inhale here and exhale.

And just allow the F note,

Which is the Christus Sambal note that represents the heart.

Just take a toll and a hold on your body,

Let the frequency of the sound allow the discordance to find itself in its pure light and color and uptake whatever is needed at this time to balance,

To harmonize,

To find resonance in the vibration.

Take another deep inhale here and exhale and allow yourself to receive.

Take a pass.

Right here,

I want you to focus in on a green light.

Every time you inhale,

Allow the green light to fill each cell up,

Radiating from you.

And with each exhale,

Allow more space to be made for this green light to fill you up.

And with each inhale,

Allow more space to fill you up.

And with each inhale,

Allow more space to fill you up.

And with each inhale,

Allow more space to fill you up.

And with each inhale,

Allow more space to fill you up.

And with each inhale,

Allow more space to fill you up.

And with each inhale,

Allow more space to fill you up.

And with each inhale,

Allow more space to fill you up.

And with each inhale,

Allow more space to fill you up.

And with each inhale,

Allow more space to fill you up.

And with each inhale,

Allow more space to fill you up.

And with each inhale,

Allow more space to fill you up.

And with each inhale,

Allow more space to fill you up.

And with each inhale,

Allow more space to fill you up.

And with each inhale,

Allow more space to fill you up.

And with each inhale,

Allow more space to fill you up.

And with each inhale,

Allow more space to fill you up.

Take another deep inhale here.

And exhale.

Another inhale here.

And exhale.

One more deep inhale through the nares.

Exhale through the mouth.

And just start to feel into this moment.

Did you let go of what didn't serve you?

Did you allow that beautiful green light to bathe you?

Did you let love find you?

Allow yourself to send some gratitude in this very moment.

Gratitude for giving yourself the space and time to be with yourself.

Gratitude for nourishing your heart intentionally and surrendering to the moment so that whatever needed to be cleared was cleared.

And maybe there might be a layer of heaviness and if so,

I invite you to just continue to breathe.

Pranayama is our life force.

It's what sustains us and keeps us so connected to the body and the soul.

So just allow yourself to be here.

And take it in.

Another deep inhale here.

And exhale.

Just thank yourself.

Thank your heart.

For the emotion.

For the pain,

The struggle,

The joy,

The laughter and the happiness that it holds for you as a safe container.

And I know you can always go back to this meditation should you feel out of alignment with yourself and your heart space.

A reminder that it's only 18 inches away from the mind and when intentionally dedicated,

When intentionally brought in into this light.

And if you're invited to soften and to be in pure love and pure light.

Go ahead and start to wiggle your toes.

Maybe your fingers.

And bring yourself back to this timeline.

Again,

Thanking yourself for dedicating time to flourish and heal in love with your heart.

What a beautiful meditation for the heart chakra! Christina leas me on a journey of healing for my heart where I was able to release old hurts and fill my heart and myself with love. All of this is accompanied with her playing sound bowls. I feel refreshed and ready to conquer my day!!!
