Whenever your attention is caught up in your mind,

In restless thoughts,

Negativity,

Anxiety or even fear,

Use this quick method,

The three step method to ground you and center you.

Whenever you are aware of your restless mind,

First start feeling the soles of your feet touching the ground.

Then become aware of the palms of your hands.

And finally observe your breath flowing in and out for three cycles.

You can practice this method wherever you are,

Even with your eyes opened.
