Since beginning her teaching journey in 2014, she has dedicated her life to supporting holistic well-being mind, body, and spirit through mindful movement, breath, and joyful presence. Her teaching style blends gentleness with encouragement, mindfulness with movement, and stillness with joy. She is deeply inspired by the transformative power of yoga and meditation to calm the nervous system, restore inner harmony, and cultivate resilience in everyday life. At the heart of her work is a simple but powerful mission: to uplift one soul at a time.
