Release the jaw and the shoulders Relax,
Let the breathing settle,
Be aware of your heartbeat Place a hand now on your heart space,
Feel the warmth of your hand warming up your heart space Breathing slowing down,
Allow the thoughts to gently slow Say to yourself,
I am safe,
All is well Notice the parts of your body that are held in tension,
Give yourself permission to allow them to release Allow the natural flow of your breath to soften and release any tension As the breathing begins to settle,
The heartbeat begins to slow,
The body begins to soften and release The thoughts become calmer As you begin to feel calmer,
Know that you are safe You are seen
