So I want you to make it very comfortable now.

And take a long,
Deep breath in and exhale.

Let it out.
And I'd like you to connect to your body right now.
Feel into your body.
And imagine bringing home pieces of yourself to the body.
To this one body.
Bring home yourself.
And feel like you're really landing in your body.
In your own presence,
Within your body.
And I want you to feel into your toes now.
Feel every single toe and breathe into them.
And as you're breathing into them you can visualize breathing in energy from the earth into your toes.
And just let this energy flow through your toes and into your feet.
And breathe in this energy into the feet.
And relax.
Let this grounding energy from Mother Earth cleanse and clear your body and we move through every part of it.
And if you feel like yawning or coughing or anything,
Just let your body do whatever it's capable of doing.
And breathe into your ankles.
And relax.
And let the energy flow through your ankles,
Into your calves.
Breathe into your calves.
Into your shins.
And breathe it into your knees.
And really feel the soothing of your joints as this energy flows through gently.
Like a stream of water flowing through the woods.
Cleansing.
Clearing.
Rejuvenating.
And let the energy from Mother Earth go through your knees now into your thighs.
Front and back.
And circulate up through your thighs.
Deep into the bones.
All the way up to your hips.
And breathe this energy into your hips.
Cleansing.
Clearing.
Releasing.
Reenergizing.
And just follow this stream of energy as it flows through.
And if it gets stuck somewhere,
You can use your breath to help this energy to flow through with your attention.
To really clear out any blockages in your field.
And let this energy flow through your hips now into your butt.
Your tush.
And through your genitals.
And really soothe with this energy.
Clear.
Cleanse.
And try to really connect to these parts.
Accept them for what they are.
Send them some love.
Some extra love.
And let the energy flow through.
Clear and cleanse.
Up to your lower back.
Your pelvic area.
Your abdomen.
And breathe through this energy.
Through these areas.
Let it flow.
Let it clear.
Let it cleanse.
And breathe it up to your navel area.
Your sexual chakra.
Really cleanse and clear.
Release.
And just breathe through your sacral area.
And let this energy go up to your solar plexus area.
And really cleanse and clear.
Fill it up with energy.
And up your lower back.
Through your spine.
Vertebrae by vertebrae.
Clearing and cleansing.
And take a long deep breath now.
And really suck this energy up your spine and through your solar plexus and into your heart space.
And let this energy flow through your heart.
Clearing.
Cleansing.
Releasing.
And imagine it opening up.
Like a lotus flower.
Ready to share its beauty with the world.
And take this energy now and breathe it through your whole heart.
Through your chest.
Up your shoulders.
Relaxing them.
And into your arms.
And let this energy flow through your arms.
Down through your elbows.
Clearing.
Cleansing.
And through your arms all the way to your wrists.
Into your hands.
Into your thumbs.
Your index finger.
Your long finger.
Your ring finger.
And your little finger.
Clearing.
Cleansing.
Filling up with energy.
And let this energy flow back through your arms.
Up your shoulders and into your neck and throat.
And as it's circulating up through your throat,
Through your neck.
It's cleansing and clearing.
Releasing any stagnant energy in this area.
And with your breath,
Really breathe it through your neck now.
With your inhale suck it up.
And let it flow into your jaws.
Relaxing your jaws.
Into your teeth.
Your mouth.
Your lips.
Your chin.
Your cheeks.
Cleansing.
Clearing.
Relaxing.
And let this energy flow through your nose.
Through your eyelids.
Into your eyeballs.
Relaxing your eyes.
Into your ears.
The base of your head.
Your skull.
Through your hair.
And through the top of your head.
And now when your whole body is filled with this grounding Mother Earth energy.
Just feel into your body.
Feel into your whole body right now.
How does it feel?
Just observe.
Just feel.
Feel your legs.
Feel your stomach.
Feel your upper body.
Feel your back.
Your neck.
Your head.
Maybe you can feel the aliveness of the body.
Of the inner body.
Like tingling energies.
And just take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath through your whole body with this energy.
From your feet and up to the top of your head.
And back down.
With your exhale.
And one more time.
And just land in your heart right now.
Feel like you are settling in your heart space.
And you can take your hands and just put on your heart.
And really feel into your heart.
And thank yourself.
And thank your heart.
For giving yourself time to be present with yourself.
With your body.
And you can stay as long as you want here.
Just being in this presence with yourself and your body.
