This exercise is all about feeling grounded and connected to the earth energy.
Let us set that intention now.
Repeat after me.
I now feel grounded,
Steady,
And secure.
Now find a comfortable place to sit and relax.
Close your eyes and notice the sound of your breathing.
Start to relax your entire body,
Starting from the crown of your head down to the tips of your toes.
Feel your forehead relax.
The muscles around your eyes relax.
Feel your jaw and tongue relax.
Your neck,
Shoulders,
And arms are now relaxed right down to your fingertips.
Notice your chest relax.
Your waist and hips relax.
Now your breathing becomes deeper and even more effortless.
Feel your knees soften and your calves and ankles relax as your feet sink into the ground beneath them.
You are now completely relaxed.
I'll now invite you to take a few deep breaths in,
With every exhale taking you into a deeper state of relaxation as you connect to the earth.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale and exhale.
As you go further down,
Your body and the energy moves downwards.
One more inhale and exhale.
Notice the energy at the bottom of your feet,
Which feel like a magnetic pull as it brings you further down into the earth energy.
Imagine now that you have roots coming out of your feet like a strong tree.
And these roots are going into the earth beneath you.
They're going with an effortless pace,
Deeper and deeper and deeper into the earth.
As you now find yourself feeling the energy going through you,
Through the top of your head all the way down,
All the way down through your feet into the earth.
And as you feel the earth's energy pulling you even further into the earth,
You can feel a sense of connection with your feet and the earth's energy.
Taking one more deep breath in and going even deeper with this exhale.
And now that you feel more connected with the energy descending in your body into your feet,
Into the roots,
Into the earth,
You now can feel a sense of relaxation,
Peace,
And expansion.
You go as deep as you wish with your roots so that you can feel the energy moving through you while remaining rooted.
Continuing to breathe through this exercise.
You can feel another level of relaxation right now coming through you as the energy descends into the earth.
Your roots are strong and they hold you securely as you move around and navigate.
One more breath in,
Breathing in,
And going just a little bit deeper.
In a few moments,
I'm going to ask you to notice yourself in the room once more,
Where you now start to wiggle your toes and wiggle your fingers and perhaps just move your shoulders a little bit.
And as you move your body and wake up from this wonderful experience,
You still can feel this wonderful strength and connection of the earth energy beneath your feet,
Knowing that you can tap into this at any time,
That you need to feel more grounded,
Steady,
And secure.
Taking a moment now to take a few deep breaths in and with each inhale,
You become more vibrant and awake.
Inhale and exhale,
Releasing any tension.
Once more,
Breathing in and feeling vibrant and connected,
Breathing in and exhale.
