Hello and welcome to this Tarot reading.

My name is Simone and this message is for you whenever you're hearing it,

But keep in mind it is a collective reading so you can take what resonates and leave what doesn't resonate behind.

Today our topic is breaks and that could be a break from whatever stress is going on in your life.

A breakup,

A break off,

Something to that effect.

So let's see what comes through for us in the cards and and we have a very lovely reading so sit back relax and let's listen.

Your first card for today is the Queen of Cups and she talks about really nurturing yourself,

Nurturing what you need and the emotion is inside of you right Remember the theme of this reading is breaks and she reminds us of the importance of paying attention to our emotions and not letting our emotions overrun our lives.

This can be done through meditation or if you go to a therapist but she's asking you to pay attention to how you feel because that is one of the largest indicators of how well you're going to be performing in the at your job or in your life or in your business or even in your personal relationship.

The Five of Wands came through and this depicts five people who are holding sticks and seemingly just whacking each other with them.

They are fighting but there doesn't seem to be any order to this type of fighting.

It's chaotic and there just is a lot of contention and a lot of misdirected energy The next card that came through is the Three of Hearts and the Three of Hearts is the heartbreak card.

It depicts a heart with three swords being stabbed through it and it's called the Three of Swords.

This talks about a recent heartbreak or a recent big event in your life that just destroyed you.

It could be in terms of a relationship for some of you or it could be something like losing a job,

Getting into a car accident,

Or some other form of really big,

Difficult,

Overwhelming circumstances and you've left yourself with the page of swords in reverse just kind of like unable to get your footing,

Unable to really pay attention to what is up or down and that's not going to last.

That's not something that's sustainable in the long term.

The Five of Cups talks about grieving this experience.

It tells us that we need to be in this space being grateful for what we have.

Yes,

There are things that we lost in this experience but there are still things that we have that are so amazing that we can be grateful for.

The Five of Cups,

Of course,

Shows a figure standing looking down at three beautiful golden cups that have been spilled and really lamenting and grieving the loss of that.

So whatever big event has just happened in your life where you've felt this sudden loss,

It's okay to grieve it and it's also drawing your attention to the importance of paying attention to what you still have.

You still have beautiful things in your life.

Maybe you still have an awesome job that you really love,

Friends that are around you,

A loving family.

It's time for you to get back to those basics and really pay attention to that because as a result of all of this emotional upheaval and all of this sort of misdirected chaotic anger and emotional difficulties,

You really have to take a step back and look at the little things in your life.

Yes,

Take action,

Of course,

To help yourself get to normal.

If you need to go to a chiropractor,

Go to a chiropractor.

If you need to go to a spiritual chiropractor,

Go to a spiritual chiropractor.

And yes,

You're in a space of really having to work hard and so that's where the breaks part of this comes through.

Take breaks,

Pay attention to those emotions that come up because in the silence of the times when you have breaks is the moment when you can hear those emotions that you've been suppressing.

The situation that you're in right now requires a lot of focus and work.

It requires a lot of hard work and a lot of dedication and it can be overwhelming and you can feel stressed out as if there are too many demands on your time and energy and just not enough of you to go around.

Remember the Queen of Cups message in this case.

She wants you to give back to yourself.

Talk about those emotions that you're feeling and above all,

Take breaks in order to heal from this big event,

All of this anger,

This upside down sort of feeling.

You will eventually be able to grieve the three cups as depicted in the Five of Cups,

The things that you lost,

And you will eventually be able to go back to those other two cups that are just behind you that are still full and for which you can be grateful.
