To this infinite space meditation.
Ensure that you are comfortably seated,
Using cushions for support,
To sit on the earth or in a chair.
Be aware of your lengthened spine.
Allow yourself to commit to stillness here.
Close your eyes down now to awaken the inner gaze.
Notice your breath,
The rhythm of the breath moving in and out of the body.
Without force,
Chest and belly expanding on the inhale and softening on the exhale.
Notice your mind,
All that arises,
Everything to be as it is.
As the vast blue sky on the clearest day,
Expanding in all directions,
Infinite space,
Just like the sky.
Clouds form and pass through this infinite space.
As dark and gray,
Being slowly or quickly,
Constantly changing form.
The thoughts to be like clouds,
Moving through the infinite space of your mind,
Peering as if out of nowhere,
Moving,
Changing form,
Dissolving.
Each thought arise and be seen.
Simply observing these thoughts in the mind,
Resting within the awareness of breath,
Exhaling slowly and constantly.
Breath moving in,
Breath moving out,
Drifting through time and space.
Body and breath merges into the infinite.
