Hello my friend,
Thank you for taking this moment to acknowledge your spirit and for connecting it with mine.
If you are listening to my voice right now,
Then one thing is clear.
You have an abundance of blessings in your life.
The air filling your lungs,
The sounds entering your ears,
The warmth or cold against your skin.
The list could stretch to eternity.
When we enter a state of gratitude,
Our mind fosters positive feelings that act as an elixir for our body,
Relieving anxiety,
Depression and creating a sense of wellbeing.
Join me now as we enter a heightened state of gratitude together and raise the vibration of our bodies and minds towards a place of renewal and wellness.
Be where you are and take a deep breath through your nose,
Expanding your chest,
Allowing the air to move down into your rising belly.
Release the breath slowly through your mouth until you feel all the air has been let out.
Take in another deep breath through your nose,
Filling your abdomen like a balloon.
Again release the breath through your mouth,
Allowing all of it to escape.
Allow the sensation of calm to naturally take hold of your body.
Realize that this feeling of being relaxed is your natural state.
As the tension leaves your neck,
Shoulders,
Back and jaw,
Notice the sense of coming home.
You are allowing your body to return to its natural state.
Continue to breathe normally as you relax deeper still.
Now ask your mind to offer up one thing that you feel grateful for in this moment.
Once the answer is revealed,
See this thought as a tiny pinprick of warm golden light forming in the front of your brain.
Place your focus on this thought and watch it grow slowly to the size of a grape.
Now allow it to grow even bigger to the size of a small apple.
The strength of its golden light grows too and you can begin to feel a warm sensation in the front part of your brain.
Your gratitude thought has become a small orb of warm golden light.
Slowly begin to move the orb down past your nose,
Your mouth,
Down your throat,
Into your chest and finally allow it to come to rest in the middle of your heart.
This is where your orb of gratitude wants to reside.
It has returned home.
I want you now to amplify your gratitude thought.
What do you see?
What do you hear?
How do you feel?
As your thought is amplified,
The orb begins to shine brighter and brighter,
Filling your heart with light,
Then your chest,
Your abdomen and finally your whole body is illuminated by its compassionate and caring energy.
Will every cell in your body receive love from this light?
Allow the orb now to dissolve into your heart where it belongs,
Fortifying your entire system with the same feeling of gratitude,
Renewing every part of you.
When you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes,
Wiggle your toes,
Move your fingers and return to your physical surroundings.
Approach the world from this point on with the knowing that you have the strength of gratitude flowing through your veins.
