Dana loves helping people learn to meditate. She believes meditation is as essential as brushing your teeth. Taking a few moments to release stress and worry, and focus on your own mind, body and spirit is absolutely vital for our overall health. Dana is a certified sound healer and believes frequencies used in sound immersions help the chakras realign and allow the body to heal itself. Dana loves teaching gentle and restorative yoga because she enjoys providing a caring, safe space for people to enjoy an hour of relief from their responsibilities.
