A lifelong fascination of the mind-body connection has led to Shaifali studying Yoga in one of its truest forms: at its birthplace and her motherland of the Himalayas, India. She is a 500H yoga and prenatal teacher specializing in meditation, Kriya and Pranayam (breath work). Shaifali was born and raised in Canada and has spent her years working and travelling within the fashion industry as a model while studying acting. Much of her family still resides in India and she frequently travels the region to stay in touch with her roots and ancestry. Shaifali enjoys teaching and specifically likes to use meditation techniques to help her students enter into a deep state of flow.
