Observe the moment.

Now comes the time to slow,

A chance to rest and to be with the natural rhythm within.

To step out of the common daily world,

Set aside the common daily thinking mind.

Now is the opportunity to be with the wonderful awareness within.

Come to the center within here.

A newfound ability to know,

To heal,

To connect with forgotten joys and pleasures.

Muscles relax,

Breath becomes slow and natural,

The mind lessens attachments,

Ideas become calm.

This is effortless.

Simple observation restores change.

Look there into the body.

See how the attention naturally moves in the body from place to place.

And moves to a place of tension.

Looking that tension comes to awareness.

No effort.

The observation of that tension brings about change.

Tension lets go simply through observation.

In this moment,

Here,

Now.

Look into a new area of tension in the body.

Again observe.

Watch how change occurs.

Tension releases.

It just lets go effortlessly.

All this is observed by the observer within.

And breathing naturally full.

Not too deep and not too shallow.

The breath goes out.

The breath comes in and out again.

And returns.

Always changing in the moment.

From the in-breath to the out-breath.

The rise of one breath gives way to the rise of the next.

It is inevitable.

Rest in this truth.

All this is seen by the awareness here in the center.

Listen now to the sounds all around.

Rising and falling.
