Sound Bath Sessions 089: Mic Yeung

My visits to the Gold Coast in Tuen Mun have always been so memorable. I was always blessed with great weather and great recordings. Yesterday was no different. I ventured up to Tuen Mun to record two more sessions with Mic this time at Kadoorie Beach. We set up on a part of the beach that was separated from the main beaches by rocks on both sides ensuring our isolation from random walkers.

The setting was absolutely flawless. Warm January morning sun, a fresh salty breeze, the hazy Lantau mountains in the distance, rolling waves, birds chattering, dancing butterflies, boats, airplanes, swimmers- each element contributing to the overall experience of place. These recordings contain so many memorable moments that it is hard to capture them in a single post. How many will you hear? Everything just 'belonged' in these moments of time. Life was the music.
