Hello there beautiful beings.
Welcome to this meditation to connect with your sacred body's intelligence,
To speak with your body,
Connect with your body,
And really tune into the relationship with your body,
The trust that you have,
And the trust that must be built in order to have a safe,
Divine,
Loving,
Co-creational relationship with your physical body.
I definitely recommend practicing this meditation every day,
At least once a day or as often as you feel called to,
To really begin cultivating trust and relationship with your physical body.
So we're just going to begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose.
Out through the mouth.
Allowing your mind's awareness To drift down out of your headspace.
And settle into the stomach.
The womb,
The hara,
The center of your body.
Feeling your awareness spread out into your entire physical body down to your legs and toes.
The soles of your feet.
Your hands and fingertips,
Your shoulders,
Your spine.
Allowing your whole body to begin to relax into your conscious awareness.
Even if it's uncomfortable to be here,
If you feel any aches or pains.

Just observe them.
We're going to take a moment to just observe any prominent physical sensations.
If there is any pain or discomfort that you're feeling Bring your awareness to that place.
See if you can begin to notice the shape of this sensation.
Is it a square,
A circle,
A box?
Another type of shape.
See if it has a color.
Is it red or green,
Blue?
Whatever comes to mind is perfect.
Don't second guess whatever you're feeling.
Then notice if this sensation has a texture Is it soft or hard?
Is it spiky,
Silky,
Smooth,
Rough?
And just observing it and just allowing it to be exactly as it is.
No need to change it or judge it or will it to be different.
Just allow it to be in your awareness.
Observing as much as you can about the texture of the sensation.
And now we are going to visualize your soul.
Stepping out of your body,
Out of your physical body.
And entering into this liminal space.
And you're going to stand in your conscious awareness.
Gazing at your body from the outside.
Imagining your body standing in front of you and you looking at it from an outside perspective.
First of all,
How do you feel about your body?
Looking at it right now?
What emotions does it bring out?
Any emotion is perfect.
It can be anger,
Frustration,
Even hatred.
Or love,
Shame,
Judgment.
Whatever it is,
Just allow it to be.
Just notice how you feel as you look at your body.
Is there something you want to change about it?
Or does it look perfect to you?
End.
Tune in to if there's anything you'd like to say to your body.
Anything you want your body to know.
Right now.
And just speak to your body.
And then you're going to bring your awareness into your body's perspective.
If your body could speak back to you,
What would it say in response?
Is there something it needs you to know?
Allow your body to express how it feels.
How it feels about you and your treatment of it,
Your attitude towards it.
And coming back into your outside perspective,
Gazing at your body.
You're going to respond to whatever your body just said to you.
And once you've said what you need to say.

Tuning back into the body's response from the body's perspective.
We're going to continue back and forth like this for a few minutes.
Just speaking and sharing and expressing back and forth.
Whatever needs to be communicated.
You and your amazing body.
And you're going to ask your body what it needs from you right now.
And allow it to give you its answer.
Whatever it is,
Is perfect.
And make a promise to your body right now that you're going to give it exactly what it needs.
Because this is how you build trust between yourself and your body.
Whether it needs rest.
Nourishment,
Time outside,
Just listening in.
And actually doing what your body asks of you.
And finally.

From your outside perspective,
You're gonna thank your body for all the amazing work that it does.
Finding what you can truly and deeply appreciate about your miraculous body.
All the incredible things it does for you.
How it houses your soul,
Your essence.
How it allows you to interface with this magical world.
All the pleasurable sensations your body gives you.
The vessel of your spirit.
Channeling all this love and deep reverence and honor towards your body right now.
Honoring its miraculous intelligence.
Its wisdom.
Its intuitiveness.
You're going to imagine yourself stepping forward and hugging your body.
Holding your body with so much love and appreciation.
And allow your body to respond back to you.
You can allow yourself to soften.
Deepen.
Feel yourself filling out your body.
Fully inhabiting your body.
As your outside perspective melts,
Back in merging with your physical body,
Feeling your heart the breath in your lungs.
Your stomach expanding and contracting.
Feeling every blood vessel coursing through you.
Every bone and tissue and cell.
Working in absolute perfect harmony.
And feeling every cell of your body.
Begin to blossom open like a rose.
Gently unfurling its petals.
Relaxing into deep softness.
Deep listening,
Deep embodiment.
Feeling and smelling this delicious fragrance.
Nourishment and nurturing.
This blossoming of your rose essence.
Gently spiraling open deeper and deeper.
Every time that you return to this awareness.
Every time that you return to this meditation.
You receive more and more of your body's true intelligence.
Build more trust and soften and connect in deeper.
To your true body's essence.
Feeling so much love and respect and honor for this perfect body you've been blessed with.
