Sarah is a Holistic Life Coach living her dream life, embracing her coaching and creativity talents while living by the beach. In her early twenties both her parents passed away within a short span of each other. Navigating intense grief, it rocked her world and changed who she was. Questioning the way I’d been living in the world and who this new version of her was. She discovered the need and deep craving for a more holistic, purposeful, soul-led approach to life. Embracing these changes proved a catalyst for growth and expansion. While holding the vision of living a long life, she wants to make sure she’s never holding back on my dreams - waiting for a retirement that might never come or “the one”. Now, she dedicates herself to creating soul-nourishing spaces for other women navigating change and seeking the hidden magic within life's challenges.
