Welcome to the chakra clearing practice.
I'm Sarah.
We're going to begin standing.
With our feet right underneath our hips.
Micro bend the knees so the energy is flowing pull up the instep feel the weight distributed between all the points on your foot so you're not.
Far forward and not too far back.
It's just even.
Relax the pelvis,
Relax the ribs,
Open the chest.
And now.
We're going to start by awakening the chakras before we clear them.
So we're going to rub our hands.
In front of the lowest chakra,
The root chakra,
And clap.
Good.
We're going to do that in front of the belly button,
The sacral chakra.
Do that in front of the solar plexus.
Heart.
The throat.
The third eye for the forehead and above the head.
Good.
And we're going to gather the energy.
Inhale and then we're going to exhale and say a big ha and shoot the energy out.
The crown chakra.
Ha!
Good,
Inhale.
Out the third eye.
Inhale out the throat.
Inhale out the heart.
Inhale out the solar plexus.
Inhale,
Out the chest.
Sacral Chakra.
And then the.
.
.
Root chakra is a bit weird.
We go behind us.
Inhale and push down.
And now inhale,
Gather all the energy up.
Around you and then exhale bouncing seven times We'll do that again.
Inhale,
Gather all the energy.
Exhale,
Bouncing down.
One more,
It's like we're closing the chakras again.
Good.
And let's gather the energy.
Bring the hands to prayer in front of the heart.
Inhale and exhale.
And find that nice centered standing position.
