The power of thoughts is immense.

If you know how powerful your thoughts can be,

You will never engage in a negative thought.

Giving energy or taking the energy away from a thought can empower or disempower a thought.

The thoughts that flood your mind,

Fill your mind on a given day,

Can define the course of your life on that day.

All the thoughts that flood your mind on a given day are not necessarily your own thoughts.

Many of these thoughts can be incoming thoughts from different minds,

Different places or different dimensions.

One must understand how to handle these incoming thoughts that are nothing but visitors to your world.

The idea is not to get entangled or engaged in these incoming thoughts,

But to watch them like a witness.

Keep your attention always on the thoughts that you are generating for the fulfillment of your purpose for the highest good.

Thoughts are a form of energy.

They have a meaning and they have a direction.

Many times your power of intuition can also give you the indication that whether a given thought is here to empower you or to drain you of your energy.

That is where a conscious effort needs to be made to have the power to give attention to a given thought or not.

The more attention,

The more interest,

The more focus we give to a given thought,

The more it will flourish.

This can have a big impact on the state of our minds and also our life.

When a negative thought arrives,

Watching it fade away will not allow it to gain any power to disturb your focus or attention towards your goals.

This will also help you keep your state of mind balanced and make you feel happy and fulfilled.

Belief is a very powerful thought system.

It's a set of thoughts coming together to have a larger influence on your mind and your way of life and the decisions you might make.

Dealing with negative beliefs can be a big task,

But it is not impossible.

One can spend time trying to interpret and understand that belief and how it was built,

Breaking it down into small thoughts and sub-thoughts and dealing with them individually over time.

This can contribute big time to your better state of mind and your evolution as a human being.

Many practices like meditation,

Engaging in sports,

Music and other forms of art can also help attain a good state of mind,

Keeping us focused on empowering goals and activities and actions that make our lives better.

Watch your thoughts every moment,

Every day.

Give more energy and attention to the thoughts that make your lives better for the highest good.

Try not to give attention to the thoughts that drain you of your energy.

Thoughts can be the foundation of your life ahead.
