And welcome to this quick morning guided meditation.
So you can start your day off on the right foot.
So let's get started by getting comfortable in a seated position.
And this may look different for everybody,
But you want to make sure your feet are planted firmly on the ground.
And with your hands,
You can bring them to your lap,
And you can have them facing upwards.
If you want to feel more uplifted,
Or downwards,
If you want to feel more grounded.
Once you're comfortable in your seat,
You want to start with a straight back and a soft smile.
Did you know by smiling,
You're sending positive signals to your brain.
Now that we're situated,
We'll start with three deep breaths to get more grounded.
So let's inhale,
Hold,
And exhale,
Let it all out.
One more time,
Let's inhale,
Hold,
And exhale.
Last time,
Let's inhale,
Hold.
So this will be a deep breathing pattern you can return to at any time during this meditation,
Or at any time during the day.
