When we seek reassurance and love outside of ourselves what we are really seeking is our own acceptance. This is a poem about returning home to ourselves. Being there for ourselves. Trusting in our own presence. We have everything we need. We just need to pause and return to our inner sanctity and of course ask for help when needed.

Sanctity.

Returning to the place within will always bring you home.

It stays with you through thick and thin,

Wherever your soul roams.

Inside yourself,

You can confide there is a source maternal.

To pull in doesn't mean to hide.

Your soul voice is eternal.

A tuning to your centred place.

Communing with your wisdom.

You'll find a source of natural grace and you'll have more to give them.

We can feel back up to the brim.

A skill we all can hone.

Returning to that place within will always bring you home.
