So I learned to meditate by myself and you can.
Many of you here have told me how you've over certain times in your lives had this meditation practice.
And you can go back to it and the idea is to go back.
So if your going back is difficult then just go back for five minutes every day.
And find something,
Use one of the guided meditations that I've sent you and just do it for five minutes.
And then do it for ten minutes.
And then do it for fifteen minutes.
And then do it for twenty minutes and you just build up your practice.
And it could be over a year that you build it up.
And if you get off the wagon you get back on again with the five minutes.
And then what helps you to stay on is when you see the change that happens in you.
When you see the freedom you experience,
When you see you suffer less,
When you see maybe you're a little bit more joyful.
You're a bit more open minded,
Maybe a bit less judgemental,
Maybe a little less hurt by others.
So it's an invitation and you all came tonight.
So you want to make change in your life.
