Welcome to this nighttime meditation to release the day and settle into your own energy.
Take a moment here to thank yourself for being here.
And I thank you for trusting me,

To hold space for you.
Allow this guided meditation to wash over you and clear your energy for a fully relaxing deep sleep.
You did your best today.
You have showed up for yourself.
There is nothing for you to do in this moment,
But settle in and relax.
I trust you are in a comfortable position.
Begin to take deep cleansing breaths,
Inhaling through the nose and audible exhale through the mouth.
Continue to breathe even deeper.
With each breath,
You slip into an even more relaxed state,
Releasing tension in your face,
In your jaw,
Your eyelids,
Your neck,
Releasing all the tension in your shoulders,
Your hands.
All begins to feel more and more relaxed.
Your heart rate continues to slow to a steady,
Relaxed pace.
Your back relaxes,
Your legs,
Your feet,
All releasing the activities of the day.
Begin to send gratitude to these parts of you which carry you through your day.
As you continue to deepen your relaxed state,
Follow the sound of my voice as you go within yourself.
You are feeling more calm.
Peace is flowing within you.
The stillness of your body invites a pleasant sensation of completeness to your day.
Thoughts of the day begin to dissipate.
You are continuing to become deeply aware of this present moment.
This moment is full of relaxation,
Rejuvenation and regeneration.
With each inhale,
You invite peace into your space and body.
With each exhale,
You deepen this state of relaxation.
Imagine a calming white light moving in from the top of your head through to your chest,
Illuminating your core,
Flowing into your hips,
Through your legs and out through your feet.
You are now glowing with soothing universal energy.
This energy begins to clear any blockages and stuck emotions you may have picked up on through your day.
This white light slowly grows brighter,
Deepening your relationship with yourself,
Deepening your relaxation and cleansing you from the inside out.
Welcome in a sense of peace and clearness.
Bring your awareness to deepening your breath as you get ready to drift off into a deeper sleep.
You are so relaxed in this present moment.
Your energy is clear and serene.
Connect with your breath.
Inhaling deeply,
Sigh it all out.
Inhaling even deeper,
Exhaling out.
A sense of gratitude begins to wash over you as you deepen this regenerating state of being.
