Hello, I am a 500 ERYT yoga instructor. I am certified in Yoga Nidra and received my training under the very wise Barbara Kuendig. Since I began my yoga journey I have been facinated by Yoga Nidra. It comes naturally to me and I love its rich history. The wise sages of old never cease to amaze me in their deep knowledge of how to understand the human body, mind and soul. And the fact that modern science is finding what is old is very fresh and applicable to heal the ailements of this world we live in, makes Yoga Nidra as relavant today as it was 4,000 years ago. It is my honor to carry on this ancient tradition under the inspiration of Swami Satyananda Saraswati. The two recordings I am debuting with come from his writings. Level 1 is a wonderful dive into the "shallow end" of the yoga nidra pool. The Chakra Balancing recording uses Saraswati's wise wisdom to balance the chakras and leave the practitioner rested and refreshed.
